About the FLA
The Federation of Loss Assessors (FLA) was established to champion the loss assessing profession and to increase awareness of the services it offers to anyone who has to make an insurance claim.
The FLA is the authoritative voice of the loss assessing profession. It provides advice to its members, the public and the media, promotes positive communications and education, and encourages best practice and the highest quality standards of service from the loss assessing profession.
